From email message to the Steamboat Natchez – Dukes of Dixieland on the Steamboat NATCHEZ
I work as a tour leader for American Adventures ( Trek America/ Grand American Adventures), and the past month I have taken 2 groups on 12 day tours focused on music. Nashville, Memphis, Clarksdale, and New Orleans. I can 100% agree with both of my groups' opinion when they told me that the Dukes of Dixieland were by far the best live music we have listened to on the trip. Better than the performance at the Grand Ole Opry and Guthrie Trapp in Nashville, better than any music on Beale st and Wild Bills in Memphis, and better than Ground Zero and Red's Lounge blues clubs in Clarksdale. These guys are masters of their instruments, and it was a pleasure to listen to them play, and also interact with them after the show. Top notch in every way…I can't wait to come back and watch them again
