Signaling Goodbye

This morning the last vessel in the naval fleet left the Port of New Orleans, signaling the end of Nola Navy Week 2015. New Orleans residents and visitors showed great pride and curiosity of the great naval ships that visited the city this past week. Thousands were welcomed aboard the ships, watched cooking contests and rope strength contests between the sailors. We wanted to share an image taken by Aggie on our staff, of the NATCHEZ giving a “steam salute” to the USS Wasp as she headed downriver.
