For those joining us for the 2:30pm cruise on New Year’s Day – there has been a one time menu change. The Lunch Menu for this cruise will be:
TASTE OF NEW ORLEANS
Steamboat Salad —onion, cucumber, tomato and mixed greens with choice of ranch or a lemon herb vinaigrette
Cajun Fried Catfish —thin strips of catfish lightly battered and fried served with homemade tartar sauce and housemade cole slaw
Creole Jambalaya–jazzman rice, chicken and locally made andouille sausage
NATCHEZ Bread Pudding —A New Orleans soufflé of La Louisiane French bread, eggs, cream, vanilla and cinnamon with a Jim Beam Bourbon Sauce
