WLAE Host between Natchez Executive Chef Labella and Byron Fennidy
The Steamboat NATCHEZ is proud to partner with Cafe Hope, a local culinary training ground sponsored by Catholic Charities. Byron Fennidy, a Cafe Hope graduate now prepares dishes alongside Executive Chef Joey Labella. Byron was also able to welcome to the boat other graduates and students from this inspiring program. They prepared a scrumptious recipe for Pierogis live on Channel 31. The show airs at 7:30pm on September 19th. Check the website at WLAE for a playback schedule.
