Christmas Eve 2016 – Book Today

Christmas Eve 2016 will be an exciting time in New Orleans.  Families and friends gather aboard the NATCHEZ for an evening under the stars – some are watching for a sighting of Papa Noel!  

The Culinary team has just released the menu for the evening:

            Shaved Fennel, Satsuma, Frissee, Vanilla Vinaigrette

          Cajun Porchetta with rosemary au jus

          Smoke Turkey carved and served with a tart berry compote

          Steamboat Round carved and served with truffled mustard

          Seafood Paella with mussels, shrimp, calamari and chorizo
