All departures begin and end at the Steamboat NATCHEZ Lighthouse Ticket Office, located at Toulouse Street and the Mississippi River, just one block from Jackson Square in the French Quarter (Address for GPS purposes only is 600 Decatur Street, New Orleans, LA, 70130)

The State of Louisiana allows the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages for those 21 years and older. Identification can be required by the Server to validate the age of any guest. The forms of identification that are acceptable (and must contain a photo and the birthdate of the holder) are: United States Military or Federal Identification Card, United States Driver’s License (Louisiana or any of the states & territories), and International Passport or Visa.

Please note that reservations made from a mobile device only allow bookings 14 days in advance. If you have any problems with your booking, please call us at (800) 233-2628.
