Why we need your credit card verification number

We require the CVV2 (credit card verification number) for your safety. It verifies your charges with us as a security measure to prevent the fraudulent use of your account.

This customer verification number is a non-embossed number located on your card that cannot be obtained during a credit card imprint or by simply copying down your account number.

For Visa, MasterCard and Discover:

Turn your card over and look in the signature strip. The card verification number is the last 3 digits on the BACK of the card. It is immediately following the account number.

Look on the FRONT of your American Express card. You will see the card verification number above and to the right of your account number.
